Aufgaben

• Independent processing of approved credit applications
• Preparation of all necessary credit and collateral documents
• Setting up and managing mortgages and collaterals (e.g., land charges, policies, guarantees)
• Isuing payment promises and ensuring timely execution of payment
• Ensuring all conditions are met for the release of mortgages and payments
• Independently monitoring and correctly scheduling business transactions
• Correspondence with land registry offices, notaries, banks, and insurance companies
• Responsible handling of potential risks
  

Profil

• In-depth knowledge in mortgage processing and/or land registry matter
• Strong interest in managing mortgage financing
• Independent, precise, and efficient work with a high standard of quality
• Responsible conduct and professional demeanor
• Helpfulness and a passion for achieving goals as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and opennessEsilience and the ability to maintain oversight even in stressful situations
• Enthusiasm for making a difference within the organization and actively contributing
• Languages: Both German and English on fluent level, French advantageous
