Ihre Aufgaben

• Support the stabilization of the distribution network, especially regarding Logistics EDI status data flow, internally and externally with Logistics suppliers. Support of process development, IT adaptation and market support service
• Daily adaptation and automization of transport EDI data to guarantee system data is in accordance with the real status of vehicles. Support internal and external partners regarding correct status of system data. Actively support IT develepmont to stabilize ERP and Transport Management System
• Optimzation of the supply chain and leading Continuous improvement workshops
• Adaptation of further IT systems regarding transportation
• Consulting of markets in regards of finding the best transportation solution for specific customer needs in B2C or B2B business
• Verification of invoices and adaptation of processes to create the foundation for a smooth payment process between service providers and internal Finance team
• Taking care about other topics around Ordering & Distribution: innovations, new supplier development, airfreight of vehicles and others

Ihr Profil

• University degree in Logistics or comparable education
• First experience in similar positions in a forwarding agencies or a production environment
• IT especially - SAP/ Transport Management Systems / Microsoft Office incl. Teams
• Very good logistics knowledge – preffered in Outbound Logistics
• Languages: Fluent in English (speaking and writing) - other languages especially German and Chinese are beneficial
